How does it work?
- Each learner has personal one-to-one tutoring in a quiet room in the workplace for 1 or 2 hours per week, to fit around company needs.
- The curriculum is developed from workplace tasks and materials & is specific to your company.
- Tutors identify the skills individual employees need most and work on them.
- Tutors often work with real applications, such as a quote or report that needs to be written, an agenda for a meeting, time sheets etc.
- Full confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Tutors adapt their teaching style to the requirements of the individual workplace.
- Learning builds on existing skills and develops new ones.
- Monthly reports are provided by Edvance to keep you informed of the employee’s progress and achievement. This is a good opportunity to receive any feedback from supervisors. The employee has the opportunity to be part of the reporting process.
