In order for us to provide a workplace programme that is specific to your needs we start by conducting a thorough needs analysis . We provide this service free to you.

The needs analysis is completed in four stages:

	Company Profile Developed through discussions with management.
	Organisational Analysis Looking at the “big picture” and determining how your company works in terms of its communicative systems and processes.
	Literacy Task Analysis Observation of employees carrying out roles for a sustained period of time (2-4 hours). From this we will identify literacy skills needed to perform the jobs.
	Literacy Skills Audit An assessment of the literacy skills of a selected group of workers, which enables us to identify what skill development is needed. (This is done in an informal, private, non-threatening way that avoids further damaged to already low self-esteem and confidence.)

Analysis and Reporting
A full report is given to your company highlighting the major critical areas, if there are any, and making recommendations.
